With this initiative, our goal is to create opportunities for both young people and innovators in a variety of sports-related careers to build professional relationships. Through workshops, internships, camps and other special events we will teach them the importance of developing a lifestyle of learning and the culture of sharing wisdom. Young people with access to the right resources, will be empowered by understanding their own abilities and will be able to develop the confidence needed to fulfill | their potential. With over 20 years in the fields of sports medicine and education, Dr. Erin Hassler has a passion for making a difference in the lives of those around her. Launching her career in Houston, TX in 2000, Dr. Erin has experience in every level of sports from little league to the international level, including the WBNA and representing Team USA. Sports have been able to open doors to a world of both personal and professional opportunities. The mission of Gold Medal Doc Foundation is to create new and exciting opportunities for young people, through exposure to sports and sports-related careers and experiences.
With this initiative, our goal is to empower students to pursue
educational and career opportunities in sports-related fields.
Careers in sports medicine, sports management, sports
marketing, and several others are very attractive but can come
with a hefty and possibly discouraging price tag. We want to fund
existing scholarships and create new ones in the hopes to
increase enrollment, graduation, and certification rates and
decrease drop-out rates.
Sports are a huge part of the American experience. Many of our young people participate in recreational and competitive sports.
With this initiative, our goal is to equip children (grades 4 to 12) with the appropriate size, style, and type of equipment for sports-related activities. Donations will be
used to purchase items such as sports equipment, appropriate footwear, sport-specific undergarments, protective eyewear, etc
